Northbound trips depart UW Bothell / Cascadia College west on NE 185th Street, north on 110th Avenue NE, west on Beardslee Blvd, west on NE 185th Street, north on Bothell Way NE becoming Bothell Everett Highway, east on 220th Street SE and south on 17th Avenue SE to Canyon Park Park & Ride. The route then heads west on the I-405 ramp, north on Bothell Everett Highway, north on 16th Avenue SE, west on 132nd Street SE, west on 128th Street SE and south on 4th Avenue SW to Mariner Park & Ride. Then, during peak hours, trips head north on 4th Avenue SW, west on 128th Street SW, north on Airport Road, east on SR-526 and north on Seaway Blvd to Seaway Transit Center. The route then heads east on 75th Street SW and north on Hardeson Road to Shuksan Way.

Southbound peak-hour trips depart Hardeson Road & Shuksan Way south on Hardeson Road and west on 75th Street SW to Seaway Transit Center.
