The Elkhart Coach EC II is a cutaway type bus that has a capacity of 8 to 25 passengers. It is built on either the Ford E-350, Ford E-450, or Chevrolet G3500 or G4500 chassis. The bus may feature a wheelchair lift, rear luggage storage, and interior luggage racks.

The EC II was originally introduced in 1991 as the Goshen Coach GC II on the new 1992 model year Ford Econoline chassis, replacing an unnamed predecessor based on the previous generation Econoline. In 2005, Forest River Inc. introduced a variant of the GC II design with a restyled rear cap as the Elkhart Coach EC II. Following Forest River's acquisition of Goshen Coach and subsequent product line consolidations, the GC II was discontinued along with the Goshen Coach brand.
