Calgary Transit route 100 'Airport / McKnight Station is a route in the north east part of the city of Calgary.
The route starts at McKnight / Westwinds C-Train station then runs along Westwinds Drive, Castleridge Boulevard, 64th Avenue, Metis Trail, 80th Avenue, 36th Street, Country Hills Boulevard, then down Barlow Trail into the airport. The route then goes up north, back onto Country Hills Boulevard and up to North Pointe terminal.
The route was formerly interlined with Calgary Transit route 95 'Westwinds Business Park'.
