Cardinal Coach Lines 1138-1141 were 1995 model Corbeil 1st Premier buses on an International 3800 chassis which featured an interior speaker/PA system.

The units were purchased brand new from Capital Bus Sales in Newmarket, Ontario and delivered to the Calgary branch in 1994.
