Cardinal Coach Lines 2984-2991 were 2000 model Blue Bird International 3800 buses. The units featured dual roof hatches and an internal PA/speaker system.

The units were purchased second-hand from Marlborough Public Schools in Massachusetts, and arrived in Calgary in 2007. While 2985, 2987, and 2988 spent their entire post-transfer lives in Calgary, 2984 operated out of the Yellowknife (NT) branch for several years, while 2986 and 2989-2991 spent several years operating out of the First Student Saskatoon branch. Three of these units; 2989-2991; were utilized extensively on the company's Cosmopolitan Industries contracted routes which provided transportation for the non-profit's clients. These three units would operate on this contract until their retirements. Meanwhile, 2984 and 2986 would reunite with their sister units in Calgary in late 2013.
