Cardinal Coach Lines 3305 was a 2000 model Blue Bird International 3800 bus which featured tall untinted windows, a tall roofline, air brakes, an internal speaker/PA system, and an exterior light monitor panel above the driver's seat. The unit's most distinguishing aspect were its three roof hatches; a feature that has not been seen on any other school buses in Alberta.

The unit was purchased second hand from a First Student branch in the U.S. state of Massachusetts, and arrived at the Calgary branch in October 2007. The following month, the unit was moved to Regina, SK where it was in service until July 2016. The unit arrived back in Calgary in August 2016, and entered regular school service the following month. The unit remained in service in Calgary until August 2017, at which point it was retired.
