Duke University Transit DU 1046-DU 1047 were 2008 OBI Orion VII NG (07.502) buses.
Both buses were used primarily on the Robertson Express route connecting Duke University and UNC Chapel Hill early in their lives, and they wore a special livery reflecting that assignment. They later reverted to Duke's regular local bus fleet. They were retired either due to coronavirus-related service cuts and/or the delivery of the Proterra ZX5 buses. At least one of the two units was still on property as of August 2023.
