Route 127 was a bus route operated by OC Transpo in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
Route Details
Route 127 was a regular route that ran from St. Laurent Station to Blair Station.
History
July 14th, 1996
- Will operate reduced hours on Sundays.
August 29th, 1999
- Route is extended west of Blair station via Ogilvie Road to St. Laurent station replacing Route 124.
January 4th, 2000
- On Sunday’s, all trips will operate to Place d’Orleans station
September 3rd, 2000
- Will be revised slightly to serve Grey Nuns Drive, replacing Route 120.
- Residents on Grey Nuns will still have direct service to Place d’Orléans, plus a new direct connection to Blair Station, Gloucester Centre and St. Laurent via Montreal Road and Ogilvie.
June 27th, 2004
- No evening service after 7 PM and no Sunday service before 9 AM.
- See Routes 2, 125, 128 and 131 for alternate service.
September 4th, 2004
June 26th, 2005
- Service before 6:30 AM, Monday to Friday, and from 9 AM to 7 PM on Saturdays and Sundays is reinstated.
- Service between Blair Station and St. Laurent Station: after 7 PM, Monday to Friday; before 9 AM and after 7 PM on Saturday, and only after 7 PM on Sunday is also reinstated.
June 24th, 2007
- Service between Blair and Orléans will be cancelled after 6 PM on Saturdays and all day on Sundays.
- Service on the portion of the route between St. Laurent and Blair will end at 8 PM on weekends.
September 4th, 2011
- Will be shortened to operate between St. Laurent and Blair Stations only.
- Service east of Blair Station to Place d’Orléans will be replaced by limited weekday service on new Route 193.
- Service on Grey Nuns will be provided by limited service on new Route 132 and by Route 130 nearby on Jeanne d’Arc.
June 28th, 2015
- Route is cancelled and replaced by an extension of Route 124.
