Syracuse & Oswego Motor Lines, also known as S&O Lines was a inter-city bus carrier that operated between Syracuse and Oswego, and another route between Syracuse, Central Square and Brewerton.

- 1990s: S&O Motor Lines becomes part of the Coach USA CNY division.[1]
- 1993: S&O divests its line run services to the Central New York Regional Transportation Authority.
