Route description

Route 27 serves the communities of Downtown Victoria, Oaklands, and Gordon Head. Its northern terminus is at Tyndall Avenue and Grandview Drive, and its southern terminus is the Blanchard Terminus in downtown Victoria. Along with route 28, it serves the length of Shelbourne Street including Hillside Centre Mall.

Routes 27 and 28 combined are designated as a frequent route, operating every 15 minutes or better from 7am-7pm Monday to Friday.

In the AM peak, two 27x trips operate express with limited stops south of McKenzie Avenue, and loops in the opposite direction at the north end of the route.

The last southbound trips on Fridays and weekends end on Hillside @ Shelbourne rather than continuing all the way to Downtown.
