82 Sidney / Saanichton via Stautw Road is a local route operated by Victoria Regional Transit System in Greater Victoria, BC.
Route description
Route 82 serves the communities of Saanichton, Tsawout First Nation, and Sidney. Its northern terminus is James White Boulevard at Fifth Street, and its southern terminus is Saanichton Exchange. One northbound and two southbound trips are operated during the AM peak, and one northbound and one southbound trip are operated during the PM peak.
On weekday mornings, the second southbound trip is extended to Brentwood as 82 To Brentwood Via Stautw, which then continues as route 83 Sidney / Brentwood / Royal Oak Exchange.
History
- January 2018: Service is increased to better serve Tsawout First Nation.[1]
