30 Royal Oak Exchange / Downtown is a local route operated by Victoria Regional Transit System in Greater Victoria, BC.
Route description
Route 30 serves the communities of Downtown Victoria, Uptown, Saanich, and Royal Oak. Its northern terminus is Royal Oak Exchange, and its southern terminus is Legislature Exchange. Some late night trips on weekdays and Saturdays continue on as route 75 Saanichton.
The last southbound trip terminates on Douglas at Hillside / Gorge as 30 To Gorge Only.
History
- January 2018: Route cut back from Beacon Hill to end at Legislature Exchange.[1]
- September 2022: Southern terminus moved from Legislature Exchange Bay G to Belleville St
- Stops on Superior at Government and Douglas at Blanshard added to northbound trips due to new routing
