The General Motors T8H-5307A was a 40 foot New Look built from 1971 to 1977 in the United States and 1973 to 1986 in Canada.

It featured a Detroit Diesel 8V71N diesel engine and A/C.

The last order was a group of units built in 1985/86 for Santa Monica Municipal Bus Lines, which featured a 6V92TA instead of the standard V8. This order was the last of the New Look line of buses produced.
