Formed in 2005, the Classic Bus Owners Association (or as its known, CBOA) is a small non-profit group of bus enthusiast in the New York Metro Area gathered together to maintain and operate a fleet of historical transit vehicles. The members of CBOA all work in the transportation industry in various capacities.
