Appletree Transit Center is a Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority transit center, located on the southern edge of Appletree Business Park, near Union and Bennett Roads in Cheektowaga, New York.

The transit center serves two NFTA bus routes:

  • 1 William (weekdays)
  • 69 Alden Express (weekday rush-hours)
