Potomac and Rappahannock Transportation Commission (PRTC) is the public transportation system in Prince William County, Virginia. They provide commuter bus service into Washington DC and the general Washington DC metropolitan called OmniRide Express (Formerly OmniRide), local service in western Prince William County, Manassas and Manassas Park called OmniRide Local (Formerly OmniLink), and an accompanying ride-sharing service called OmniRide Ridesharing Service (Formerly OmniMatch).
