Metropolitan Transportation Authority 644-672 are 2013 model New Flyer C40LF buses built in 2012-2013. These are the last orders of New Flyer's original low-floor bus series.
Buses 644-658 are part of an exercised option for MTA Bus Company from a reassigned contract order in July 2012.[1]
Buses 659-672 are part of an exercised option for MTA New York City Transit from the contract order awarded in July 2010.[1]
These buses run out of the College Point and Jackie Gleason depots.
