4 Glasgow is a conventional bus route operated by Grand River Transit. This route connects the Charles Street Transit Terminal and The Boardwalk at Ira Needles Boulevard with the communities of K-W Hospital, Westmount, and Westvale.

As part of the 2014 Service Plan, route 4 was restructured in April 2014 to service Weber Street in order to compensate for the loss of 18 Guelph Street.

There is no Sunday service operated on this route.

Route 4 is interlined with the following routes at the following times:

Route 6 during weekday rush hours and midday at the Charles St. Terminal.
Route 22 during weekday evenings and Saturday days at the Charles St. Terminal.
