Route description
Route 60A operates west/southbound from Niagara Falls to Niagara College Welland Campus, while route 65A operates north/eastbound from Niagara College Welland Campus to Niagara Falls. It is considered a branch of routes 60/65, operating between Niagara Falls and Welland.
Service operates every 15 minutes during peak periods only, with two buses from Niagara Falls Transit, and two provided by Welland Transit.

History
- January 2019: Route begins service, replacing Niagara Falls Transit route 21. Service is initially operated primarily using Niagara Falls Transit-branded vehicles.
- Mid-2019: Service begins using Niagara Region Transit-branded vehicles. Articulated vehicles are introduced on some trips to address overcrowding.
