It also provides service on Clonmore Drive east of Gerrard Street East and Warden Avenue between Clonmore Drive and Warden Station. Its western terminal is Main Street Station and the eastern terminal is Warden Station for its one branch, 135.

History
- February 18, 2007 - Route made accessible with low-floor buses.
- November 23, 2008 - Service extended until 1:00am every day with the introduction of new Saturday evening and all-day Sunday and Holiday service.
- May 8, 2011 - Due to system-wide service cuts, service is removed after 10pm on Saturdays and after 7pm on Sundays and Holidays.
- September 6, 2015 - Service after 10pm on Saturdays and after 7pm on Sundays and Holidays is restored.
- May 13, 2018 - Due to construction at the Main Street Station terminal, service is temporary terminating at Victoria Park Station. The shorten route is designated as branch 135A on destination signs.
- September 2, 2018 - Construction at the Main Street Station terminal is completed, service is restored back to Main Street Station. Regular branch 135 restored, branch 135A discontinued.
- May 7, 2023 - Due to construction on the Main Street Station bus terminal, the route is now interlined with 113 Danforth.
- September 3, 2023 - With the reopening of the Main Street Station bus terminal, service no longer interlines with 113 Danforth.
