This route provides service along Kingston Road between Victoria Park Avenue and Brimley Avenue, Danforth Road between Brimley Road and McCowan Road, and McCowan Road south of Steeles Avenue East. Its southern terminal is Bingham Loop, at the intersection of Victoria Park Avenue and Kingston Road, and the northern terminal is Steeles Avenue East for its one branch, 302.

History
- October 11, 2015 - Route is re-routed to operate via Brimley Road and Kingston Road to Bingham Loop. Service on Danforth Road south of Eglinton Avenue East is replaced by the extended 300B Bloor-Danforth branch. Route is renamed from Danforth Rd-McCowan to Kingston Rd-McCowan to reflect this service change.
- February 18, 2018 - Route will no longer serve Variety Village and is revised to operate both ways on Kingston Road between Birchmount Avenue and Danforth Avenue.
- March 28, 2021 - This route was transferred to Malvern upon the opening of the brand new McNicoll Division.
