This route mainly provides service on Eglinton Avenue West between Yonge Street and Renforth Drive. It also provides service to Toronto Pearson International Airport via Renforth Drive, Carlingview Drive, and Airport/Dixon Road. Its eastern terminal is Eglinton Station and the western terminal is Pearson Airport for its one branch, 332.

History
- February 14, 1999 - Route is extended to serve Toronto Pearson International Airport Terminal 1 and 2 via Renforth Drive and Silver Dart Drive. Service to the Renforth Loop is discontinued.
- February 16, 2003 - Route is extended to serve Terminal 3 at Pearson Airport. Buses serve Terminal 3 before serving Terminal 2.
- August 1, 2004 - Route is further extended to serve Terminal 1 at Pearson Airport. In order, buses serve Terminal 3 Departures, Terminal 2 Arrivals, then Terminal 1 Ground.
- February 2, 2007 - Service to Pearson Airport Terminal 2 is discontinued.
- November 23, 2008 - Moved to newly-opened Mount Dennis Division. Route is made bike rack equipped.
- February 16, 2014 - Route is modified to operate via Carlingview Drive, Dixon Road, and Airport Road to match the daytime routing of the 58 Malton and 192 Airport Rocket routes. Service is removed along Silver Dart Drive.
- September 6, 2015 - Route is renumbered from 307 to 332 to be consistent with its daytime counterpart.
