History

• September 4, 2005 - Route is made accessible.

• October 9, 2016 - Due to the duplication of service with 87 Cosburn , service north of Main Street Station to Eastdale Avenue is discontinued. Buses will only operate between Main Street Station and Queen Street East.

• May 7, 2023 - Due to construction on the Main Street Station bus terminal, the route is now interlined with 87A Cosburn during all service hours.

• September 3, 2023 - With the reopening of the Main Street Station bus terminal, service now interlines with 87 Cosburn only during the daytime on weekdays and Saturdays, and during Sunday afternoons.
