This route services Main Street south of Danforth Avenue. It also provides service on Southwood Drive south of Kingston Road and on Wineva Avenue. Its northern terminal is Main Street Station and the southern terminal is Queen Street East for its one branch, 64.

History

  • September 4, 2005 - Route is made accessible.
  • October 9, 2016 - Due to the duplication of service with 87 Cosburn SmallAccessible.gif, service north of Main Street Station to Eastdale Avenue is discontinued. Buses will only operate between Main Street Station and Queen Street East.
  • May 7, 2023 - Due to construction on the Main Street Station bus terminal, the route is now interlined with 87A Cosburn during all service hours.
  • September 3, 2023 - With the reopening of the Main Street Station bus terminal, service now interlines with 87 Cosburn only during the daytime on weekdays and Saturdays, and during Sunday afternoons.

Overnight service is not provided, however, the route operates until 2:00 AM every day.
