OC Transpo 4001-4140 were Orion 06.501 buses built and delivered in 1999. They were built at the Bus Industries of America factory in Oriskany, New York, USA.
These buses were the first to be painted in the Maple Leaf scheme. They are amongst the few Orion VI buses produced with narrow, treadle operated rear doors and seats over the rear closed side wheel well. The buses were being rebuilt but OC Transpo now has plans to retire these upon delivery of the 75 Enviro 500s, so the rebuild program was cancelled.
