48 407 West is a route operated by GO Transit that serves between the University of Guelph and Vaughan in Ontario. This is a weekday service, with limited service on Sundays between September and April. It is part of the 407 West series of GO Transit routes.
Route 48B was one of the first routes to use double decker buses in the system. Double decker buses were introduced to the other branches on September 2013.
