Erindale GO Station is a GO Transit train station located in Mississauga, ON. It is at the end of Rathburn Rd., north of Burnhamthorpe Rd. and southwest of Creditview Rd.
The station platform extends west from Burnhamthorpe in the centre of the tracks. Stairs to underpasses are on the east end and roughly the middle of the platform. The east stairs leads to the station building, while the western stairs leads to the bus stop and Passenger Pickup/Dropoff. A pedestrian bridge over Burnhamthorpe is located just east of the station building. The parking lot extends north from the tracks, and the access road is on the western side, an extension of Rathburn Rd. Tickets are available from the ticket agent inside the station building during AM rush hours only; a Ticket Vending Machine is available at other times.
History
The opening date for Erindale GO Station was October 27, 1981, the same date as the beginning of service on the Milton line.
Erindale was the terminus for midday train operation on the Milton line until 1996, after cutbacks to GO's funding.
Connecting routes
MiWay route 20 serves the station at all times, and route 37 serves the station during train times. All other routes stop on street at all times.
