The terminal consists of 2 bus stops with shelters for passengers. MiWay routes 34 and 48 use the terminal, while routes 35 and 46 stop on Eglinton Avenue and Erin Mills Parkway respectively.

Due to long term construction at Credit Valley Hospital starting in May 2015, routes 34 and 48 did not use the terminal, serving stops on street. Upon completion of construction in early 2018, service to the terminal was restored.
