General
Route 70 operates between Kipling Bus Terminal and Milverton Drive at Hurontario Street.
The route primarily serves the employment area surrounded by Kennedy Road, Matheson Boulevard, McLaughlin Road and Highway 401. It operates via Highway 401 and 427 to Kipling Bus Terminal, connecting to the TTC system. Service is provided during weekday rush hours, operating westbound in the AM and eastbound to Kipling Bus Terminal in the PM.

Timeline
- September 6, 2005 - Route is renamed 'Keaton' from 'Orlando'.
- April 27, 2020 - New stop added both ways on Milverton Drive at Hurontario Street. The stop on Milverton Drive on the farside of Avebury Road is removed.
- January 4, 2021 - Route revised to terminate at the new Kipling Bus Terminal, no longer serving Islington Subway Station. Routing along Burnhamthorpe Road in Etobicoke eliminated, with all buses using Dundas Street.
- July 1, 2024 - The route will no longer serve Whittle Road due to permanent lane changes as a result of construction on the Hurontario LRT. Buses will instead serve stops along Hurontario Street between Britannia Road West and Watline Avenue.
